Anchor Effect - Chapter 1.1: You still haven't changed at all

It rained last night, washing the sky into an azure blue. Fresh air was blown into the room through the half-opened window. Ye Yuchen, who lay on the massage bed, couldn't help but take a deep breath and let it out slowly.

"Teacher Ye, how do you feel?"

The young and strong physical therapist stood beside the massage table, bent slightly, and his fingertips lingered on both sides of Ye Yuchen's spine, gently relieving the tense muscles.

Ye Yuchen didn't open his eyes and said with his face down, "You could still use some strength."

The sound was trapped in the breathing hole of the massage table. It first went down and then turned a corner before reaching Zhan Yang's ears. It didn't sound so real. He bent down again and confirmed, "Do you want it to be heavier?"

Ye Yuchen let out a lazy "hmm."

Before the words were finished, the hands that were casually resting on the back of the waist tightened quickly, and the two thumbs kneaded vigorously on the top of Ye Yuchen's waist, turning the lazy "um" into a moan of pain.

"I didn't ask you to use such force." Ye Yuchen frowned slightly, raised his head to look at Zhan Yang beside him, and reprimanded him.

It was a reprimand, but his tone was not too harsh. As expected, Zhan Yang was not intimidated and said with a smile while lightening his strength, "But it feels comfortable, doesn't it? Teacher Ye."

When he said this, his tone was slightly joking, and Ye Yuchen naturally recognized that he was playing around.

At some point, this young physical therapist who had been with him all year round had become more and more playful.

He allowed Zhan Yang to help him turn over, changed to a flat lying position, looked at Zhan Yang lightly, and said, "Did I get too used to you playing around?"

Ye Yuchen's eyes were narrow and long, the double eyelids were narrow in front and wide in back, and they were still attractive even when he was serious. He was wearing a loose massage cardigan, and the collar slipped sideways when he turned over, further weakening his momentum to scold people.

Zhan Yang was used to Ye Yuchen's appearance, knew that he would not be really angry, so he still smiled and said, "Maybe you could get used to me even more."

Ye Yuchen let out a sigh of relief and simply lay down on the pillow with his eyes closed, feeling the strength of Zhan Yang kneading his ankle.

Although Zhan Yang increasingly lacked the sense of boundaries that a physical therapist should have, he was still a top student in sports rehabilitation, and his professional ability was beyond doubt. His fingertips went up the calf, pressing each muscle skillfully.

"Are you feeling comfortable, Teacher Ye?"

"Press it well."

At that moment, the mobile phone on the shelf rang, and the system's built-in ringtone was incompatible with the meditation music playing in the room. Zhan Yang consciously stopped, handed the phone to Ye Yuchen, and then continued to relax the front of his thigh.

Ye Yuchen glanced at the caller ID, pressed the answer button, and put the phone to his ear. "Yes?"

"Mr. Ye, I found out what you asked me to inquire about."

When the other party said this, Zhan Yang supported Ye Yuchen's heel with one hand and the back of his knee with the other, bent his thigh, and stretched it toward his chest.

The baggy shorts inevitably slid down, exposing the junction of hips and legs.

Ye Yuchen glanced down distractedly, then looked back blankly, while the person on the other end of the phone continued to report: "Yuxiu was banned because it was said that he offended the Shao family. But no one knew what the reason was."

"No one knew," Ye Yuchen said in a flat tone, "Or you didn't know?"

Obviously, Ye Yuchen was not satisfied with what he heard. The other party heard the reproach in his tone and said awkwardly, "I'll go find out more."

The curved thighs were stretched out and flattened, and the powerful four fingers came to the inner thighs, gradually approaching the hidden parts.

Ye Yuchen glanced distractedly at Zhan Yang's fingers again and asked the person on the phone, "How is he doing now?"

"Yuxiu?" the man said, "He didn't seem to be affected by anything. It looked as though he was expecting that it was time to terminate the contract and quit the group. I even heard that he went on vacation."

"Vacation?" Ye Yuchen raised his eyebrows imperceptibly, then smiled softly and said helplessly, "It was true that the emperor was not in a hurry but the eunuchs were in a hurry."

As soon as the words fell, the four fingers wandering on the inner thigh suddenly approached the dangerous area intentionally or unintentionally, causing the smile on the corner of Ye Yuchen's mouth to dissipate in an instant.

He hung up the phone, his voice a little colder than usual: "Zhan Yang."

Zhan Yang stopped his small movements and met Ye Yuchen's gaze with a guilty conscience.

The employees of Yunyang Villa all knew that Ye Yuchen had a good temper.

Even if a servant broke his valuable vase, even if a guest broke his carefully cultivated magnolia, he treated it indifferently and never cared.

It seemed that there was nothing that could make Ye Yuchen care. He was like a calm lake, even if a small stone was thrown into it, there would be no ripples.

But at this moment, it was rare for him to keep his eyes cold, and his eyes were full of warning: "Don't cross the line."

"...I was wrong, Teacher Ye." Zhan Yang knew that this test was too much, so he honestly pulled the rolled-up trouser legs back to their original position, not daring to make any further moves.

He didn't even dare to look at Ye Yuchen's face anymore, he looked cautious like a puppy who had done something wrong, with regret on his face.

Ye Yuchen didn't say anything more, he was not a person with strong emotions, even if he was angry, he would just point it out. He propped up his upper body with his elbows and said to Zhan Yang, "Help me up."

Zhan Yang swiftly pushed the wheelchair beside him. He did this countless times in the past as he wanted to hug Ye Yuchen horizontally.

However, Ye Yuchen didn't give him a chance to show off. He pushed his chest away and put his legs on the ground: "I'll walk by myself."

Yunyang Villa was built on an island far away from the land. The island was like spring all year round and the scenery was beautiful.

The construction of the villa did not destroy the original style of the island but took advantage of the island's advantages to build it into a resort with complete facilities.

Ye Yuchen's single-family villa was a private area in the villa, located on the top of the mountain with the best view, usually no guests came up here.

There was an open viewing space in front of the villa, on which stood a huge white windmill. Looking down from here, you could see the winding walking plank road and the downhill road leading directly to the blue sea.

During the afternoon, the old guests had already left the townhouse below, and the new guests had not yet arrived. Only the cries of seagulls hovering in the air could be heard on the island.

In the townhouses on the mountainside, there were employees pushing cleaning carts and changing bedding, and on the distant pier, there were sparse guests waiting for the arrival of the cruise ship.

In the off-season at the end of the year, the business of the villa was not as good as in the peak season, but Ye Yuchen didn't care. Regarding the management of the villa, he had always been a monk, not caring of the mortal affair. After all, in the past, he never even thought that his future main business would be the owner of a "homestay."

The whistle of the cruise ship sounded in the distance, dull and long. The guests on the pier walked to the shore one after another, and the guests on the cruise ship also came to bow together.

Looking down from the mountain, the figures were smaller than ants. Only seven or eight groups of guests came down from the cruise ship, some alone or in small groups.

"There have been very few guests recently." Zhan Yang had only been in the villa for a year and had not yet adapted to the changes in tourists.

Ye Yuchen had long been used to it: "It’s off-season."

Sea breeze blew suddenly, and the white windmill dragged its heavy blades to spin faster. Ye Yuchen looked away from the pier: "Let's go back."

After the cruise ship docked, some people came up and some people went down.

In a place where people came and went, Yu Xiu subconsciously lowered the brim of his hat to avoid the sight of others, but he soon discovered that no one paid too much attention to him here.

Tens of thousands for a room were far beyond the consumption level of ordinary people, so most of the guests who came to Yunyang Villa for vacation were wealthy.
